Terms and Conditions

Before beginning Credit Education and document processing services, you will sign a Client Agreement along with the following:

• Credit Service Agreement
• Authorization for Credit Repair Action
• Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure)
• Notice of Right of Cancellation

The services we perform may include:

• Preparation of documents and Credit Education. We will evaluate your current Credit Reports as they appear in the applicable credit reporting agencies and will work with you to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false or outdated information.
• You will choose which items you want to dispute. We will advise you on the steps to take to dispute any inaccurate, erroneous, false or outdated information contained in your credit reports.
• We will prepare all necessary correspondence to challenge inaccurate, erroneous, false or outdated information on your credit reports.
• You will forward correspondence received from credit reporting agencies to us and we will assist you in subsequent correspondence with those agencies.
• Consulting, coaching and monitoring services are carried out through face-to-face meetings, webinars, video conferences, telephone, email, or any other form of communication during business hours.

In exchange for the aforementioned services, you agree to pay the fees indicated in your client contract. You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it. You just need to send a written notice as stated in your customer agreement.

It is understood that we provide credit information. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of the information and to clearly explain your options. However, we do not offer legal advice (that is, the application of the law to your individual circumstances). For legal advice, consult an attorney.
